Shipping & Delivery

Two ways we ship

Ready to Ship – UAE: pieces held in stock in the UAE. Dispatched within 1–3 working days and delivered across the UAE, usually within 1–3 working days of dispatch. These arrive in our signature black gift box.

Partner-supplier pieces: shipped directly from our international supplier. Delivery usually takes 10–20 working days. These arrive in a protective pouch.

Each product page tells you which option applies. If your order contains both, the pieces may arrive separately.

Delivery charges

• UAE: free on orders over 299 AED, 35 AED below that.
• International: 73 AED.

You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
