Is your jewelry real gold?

No. Our pieces are fashion jewelry with gold-tone, gold-plated or silver-plated finishes. Every product page lists the exact materials, so you know what you're buying.

How long does delivery take?

Pieces marked Ready to Ship – UAE are dispatched from the UAE within 1–3 working days. Other pieces ship from our partner supplier and usually arrive within 10–20 working days. Each product page tells you which applies.

How much is delivery?

UAE delivery is free on orders over 299 AED, and 35 AED below that. International delivery is 73 AED.

Does my order come in a gift box?

In-stock pieces arrive in our signature black gift box. Pieces shipped from our partner supplier arrive in a protective pouch.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add your message in the order note. We never include a price slip in the parcel.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, for unworn pieces in original packaging. See our Returns policy.
